The role involves providing compassionate care to residents in assigned nursing units and taking accountability for resident care planning and oversight. The Licensed Practical Nurse will make a difference in the lives of seniors and their families daily.
Applicants must possess an active Indiana LPN license and demonstrate commitment to the company's C.A.R.E. values, which include Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence. A willingness to travel within a 50-mile radius of the home address is also required.
