The Radiologic Technologist operates equipment and performs Radiologic procedures by positioning patients and preparing contrast media to execute diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. These actions assist the physician in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
A current State of Connecticut Radiographer license is required for this position, and graduation from an AMA-approved Radiologic Technologist program is preferred. New graduates are encouraged to apply, and CPR validation must be obtained within three months of hire.
