RN/LPN - Charge Nurse (2nd Shift)

As an RN/LPN Charge Nurse, the primary responsibility is providing nursing care to residents according to their care plan, which includes administering medications, taking vitals, and completing necessary documentation. Candidates must be licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Indiana and possess a strong passion for geriatric nursing and serving others. Essential abilities include effective communication with staff, providers, patients, and families, as well as the capacity to guide a team and accurately chart patient information.
