The role involves providing Medical Nutrition Therapy and education for patients in a specialty area, working collaboratively to enhance patient outcomes through evidence-based nutrition care. Key duties include performing comprehensive nutritional assessments, developing individualized care plans, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
Candidates must be a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or CDR exam eligible, and licensed in the state of practice if applicable, with specialty certification required when necessary. Two years of work experience in a specialty area is preferred.
