The Field Case Manager collaborates with physicians, employers, legal representatives, and injured persons to create and implement treatment plans aimed at appropriate return to work and achievement of maximum medical recovery. Responsibilities include demonstrating case management standards, advising on treatment plans using advanced knowledge of injuries and treatments, and interviewing disabled persons to assess recovery.
Candidates must possess an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field, with a preference for 2+ years of clinical practice and workers' compensation experience. A mandatory requirement is an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing, along with a URAC-recognized certification in case management.
This is a full-time, hybrid position. The candidate must be located in the Denver, CO area due to regular local travel for in-person patient appointments. Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly desired.
Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field.
2+ years clinical practice preferred. Workers’ compensation-related experience preferred.
Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to and attend in-person appointments with injured workers in assigned geography.
Must have reliable internet.
