Ability to instruct, direct, and evaluate employees- will be required to assume responsibility for daily operations. Ability to work independently and with little supervision. Prior experience and/or knowledge of process improvement practices Thorough knowledge of the practices and principals involved in the preparation of nonhazardous and hazardous sterile compounds.
