The LPN will provide direct nursing care, implement care plans, administer medications, take vital signs, and document all care activities. Responsibilities also include supervising support staff, communicating with doctors, and managing admissions, transfers, and discharges.
Candidates must possess a current LPN license in Ohio and a diploma from an accredited nursing school. Previous experience in a retirement community or hospital is preferred, along with strong customer service, problem-solving skills, and computer proficiency.
