Key duties include performing initial and ongoing patient assessments, developing tailored treatment plans in consultation with physicians, and providing education to patients and families on therapy programs. The role also requires maintaining accurate clinical records and supervising Physical Therapy Assistants according to regulations.
Candidates must possess a current Physical Therapist license, be a graduate of an accredited physical therapy program, and hold a valid BLS certification. A minimum of one year of PT experience is required, with home health experience preferred, along with reliable transportation and the ability to perform physical activities.
