Provide comprehensive, holistic psychiatric care to perinatal, perimenopausal, and menopausal patients through a fully remote telehealth model, practicing within a care model that prioritizes clinical quality and collaboration with the client’s therapist. Conduct 60-minute intake sessions and 20-30 minute follow-ups, adapting and growing within an early-stage startup environment by contributing to evolving workflows.
Candidates must hold an active Board Certified PMHNP license in Oklahoma and ideally possess at least one year of experience with the perinatal population and some exposure to perimenopause patients. A minimum of six months of telehealth experience is required, along with a solid understanding of mood, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders during reproductive life stages.

Conduct 60 minute intake and 20-30 minute follow ups using your clinical judgment to determine appropriate session length Adapt and grow with an early-stage startup environment, contributing to evolving workflows and best practices.
Who you are Active Board Certified OK (Oklahoma) PMHNP license in good standing Priority given to candidates who hold at least 3 additional state licenses in our open | coming soon markets (Arizona, California, Colorado, DC/District of Columbia, Floridia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Wisconsin) | (Louisiana, Oklahoma, and/or Massachusetts) RN Compact licensure preferredNo DEA required (We do not prescribe controlled substances) Minimum one year experience as a PMHNP working with the perinatal population 6+ months working in telehealth Solid understanding of mood and anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions and psychiatric care considerations during the perinatal and perimenopausal/menopausal period Grounded in evidence based practices to inform treatment plans and guiding clinical care Empathetic and intuitive listener with strong verbal and written communication Adaptable and motivated to grow within an early-stage startup, contributing to evolving workflows while maintaining high quality mental health care Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, electronic health records, and google suite, as well as an eagerness to learn new programs efficiently
