The Direct Care Worker will assist clients with essential daily activities including meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and providing necessary transportation. Key duties also involve assisting with personal hygiene, dressing, mobility, feeding, and phone use to maintain client independence.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with previous caregiving experience being preferred. Essential qualities include being compassionate, patient, reliable, having excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle physical demands like lifting and mobility assistance.
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Care Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist clients with personal care and household tasks to help them maintain their independence and quality of life. This role requires a high level of professionalism, empathy, and a strong commitment to client care.
Monday to Friday OR Sunday to Thursday, 11AM - 5PM
