Provides safe, therapeutic, and efficient patient care while assisting with treatments and medication administration. Actively participates in team workflows to support patient-centered practice.
Requires a high school diploma or GED, with a preference for an associate degree or diploma in medical assisting. Candidates must have at least one year of experience or completion of a medical assistant program, along with Basic Life Support certification.
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 0700-1600 Wednesday 1130-2000
No weekends/holidays
Provides safe, therapeutic and efficient care and services to patients. Assists in direct patient care, performs treatments, administers medications (if qualified and appropriately supervised), and instructs patients and their families in appropriate care, as directed by their provider. Is an active team participant in the patient-centered practice, by aiding in the development of office workflows that support patient centered care.
