The Case Manager will deliver services to consumers enrolled in the supportive housing program, which includes providing necessary transportation and teaching essential basic living skills. Responsibilities also involve assisting consumers in accessing community resources and maintaining accurate client records.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related Human Services field and maintain an excellent driving record, free of DUI/Reckless driving convictions for the past three years. Applicants must also meet insurability requirements to drive a system vehicle and be willing to complete required Case Management Training and certification.
Case Manager- Supportive Housing This position will be based out of our Houston County Day Treatment Clinic in Dothan Tuesday-Saturday 12:00pm-8:00pm.
