Key duties involve assisting in patient care by sterilizing instruments, positioning equipment, capturing and interpreting x-rays, and maintaining treatment areas. The role also requires documenting services, tracking inventory, and educating patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care.
Candidates must possess a minimum of two years of dental office experience and hold a current CPR Certification. While a high school diploma and a Dental Assistant program certificate are preferred, having a current CT DA license or DANB CDA in CT with ICE & RHS Certifications is also preferred.
