RN - Registered Nurse

The Registered Nurse will ensure resident well-being by conducting patient assessments, developing individualized care plans, and administering prescribed medications and treatments, including IV therapies. Responsibilities also involve monitoring patient status, providing necessary nursing interventions like wound care, and collaborating with the healthcare team while guiding LPNs and CNAs.

Candidates must possess a valid state license as a Registered Nurse (RN) and demonstrate a compassionate, empathetic approach to patient care, particularly for the aged and chronically ill. Strong clinical skills, critical thinking abilities, and excellent communication are essential for effective multidisciplinary team collaboration.
