Perform diagnostic sonography for obstetrics and gynecology patients according to clinic protocols. Manage technical quality control, equipment maintenance, and documentation using RIS and PACS systems.
Requires a high school diploma, BCLS certification, and RDMS (OB/Gyn) credentials with at least 2 years of clinical experience. Proficiency in computer systems and excellent communication skills are essential.
Upon the order of a qualified provider, the Ultrasound Technologist utilizes equipment that employs high frequency sound waves for diagnostic purposes according to policies, procedures, and protocols of the KSC Radiology and/or OB Department and Kelsey-Seybold Clinic.

High School diploma or GED from an accredited program Education sufficient to meet applicant status with the ARDMS or ARRT (S) RDMS (OB/Gyn) BCLS certification 2+ years clinical ultrasound experience in OB/Gyn scans Ability to use computer keyboard and grasp elements of digital image acquisition Proven excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Healthcare related degree RT(S), RDMS, (BR) OB/Gyn 3+ years clinical ultrasound experience PACS and RIS experience Breast ultrasound imaging experience Bilingual or multilingual
