The role involves empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to achieve personal goals, build meaningful connections, and champion their inclusion in community activities. Responsibilities also include supporting daily living tasks such as meal preparation, medication assistance, and personal care, sometimes involving complex behavioral needs.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess a reliable, responsible, patient, and compassionate attitude committed to quality service. Access to a registered vehicle with insurance and a valid driver's license for at least one year are preferred but not mandatory requirements.
