The Housekeeper will perform daily environmental services tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and deep cleaning, while strictly adhering to federal, state, and local standards for cleanliness, sanitation, and safety. This role also involves collaborating with residents and staff to maintain a warm and welcoming environment and reporting maintenance needs.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, though experience in long-term care or working with geriatric populations is preferred. Candidates must possess exceptional customer service, communication, professionalism, strong organizational skills, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
