Direct Support Professionals supervise, support, and assist people with disabilities in their home environments with daily living skills. They may also provide leisure activities designed to promote community integration for the individuals served.
Candidates must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid MD driver's license with no more than 2 points. Experience in Human Services or working with behavioral support is beneficial, with preferred requirements including 2-5 years of DSP experience and active CMT and Mandt Certifications.
