The Occupational Therapist I is responsible for evaluating patients, developing and implementing appropriate treatment plans with measurable goals, and delivering treatment services. This role also involves functioning as an effective team member and contributing to departmental goals.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree from an accredited occupational therapy curriculum, along with certification and a valid state license to practice in Kentucky and Indiana. Experience with advanced treatment and orthotic fabrication in a hand setting is preferred.
Summary: The Occupational Therapist I (Outpatient) is responsible for the evaluation and treatment of patients referred to the facility. This includes patient evaluation, development and implementation of an appropriate treatment plan, delivery of treatment services, and comprehensive discharge planning. The therapist functions as an effective team member and contributes to the development and achievement of department and organizational goals and objectives.
Kleinert Kutz is currently seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our therapy department. The ideal candidate is experienced and passionate about delivering quality care to patients with conditions or injury to the upper extremity. Experience with advanced treatment and orthotic fabrication in hand setting preferred.
