The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will deliver evidence-based psychological and behavioral health services, including individual and group therapy, to patients in a transdisciplinary pain management setting. This involves conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating closely with medical and reconditioning staff to support functional restoration.
Candidates must possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant behavioral health field and hold an active, unrestricted California license (e.g., LCSW). Preferred qualifications include experience with chronic pain populations, training in evidence-based modalities like CBT/ACT, and prior experience in integrated healthcare settings.
Lifekind Health is looking for an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team per diem. Deliver evidence-based psychological and behavioral health services to patients receiving care in a transdisciplinary pain management setting. This role collaborates closely with medical providers, physical reconditioning staff, and care coordination teams to support functional restoration, treatment adherence, and improved quality of life for patients with complex chronic pain conditions. Deliver a combination of group therapy, individual therapy, and behavioral health intakes, depending on clinic needs and scheduling.
