This position involves providing community-based clinical services through the FACT program to support individuals with severe and persistent mental illness in achieving stability and independence. Key duties include delivering therapy, conducting assessments under supervision, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in social work or a Master's in Counseling, along with current Ohio licensure as LSW or LPC, with LISW/LPCC preferred. A minimum of one year of experience working with SPMI clients is required, along with a valid driver's license and demonstrated skills in mental illness knowledge, counseling, assessment, and crisis intervention.
