The role primarily involves providing assistant surgical services in the operating room, including assisting the surgeon, closing incisions, and removing drains/tubes. Additionally, the position supports patient office visits, assumes call duties, and handles all necessary charting and documentation for care and billing.
Candidates must possess a Master's Degree in Nursing, specifically as a Nurse Practitioner, along with at least one year of clinical experience, or completion of a Nurse Practitioner Surgical Residency Program. Required certifications include SC Nurse Practitioner license and CPR Certification.
