The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) assists clients with various personal care needs, including bathing, grooming, mobility, and feeding, according to an established care plan to enable them to remain in their residence. Additionally, the role involves companion services and light homemaking activities such as cleaning and laundry, excluding the use of chemicals.
Candidates must possess a compassionate and caring demeanor, along with a CNA License or HHA Certificate, a Florida Driver's License/ID, Auto Insurance Card, CPR Card, and Social Security Card. Applicants also need proof of residency or citizenship, recent TB test and physical, and access to reliable transportation.
