The primary purpose of this part-time role is to handle clerical duties limited to the reception area, which includes greeting visitors, answering telephones, and providing general administrative support. Essential duties involve managing visitor logs, handling mail, scheduling appointments, and maintaining the tidiness of the reception area.
Candidates must possess a minimum of a high school diploma or GED, with previous administrative or receptionist experience being preferred. Successful performance requires basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite products, clerical functions, and operating a multiline phone system.
