The Information Associate supports the Patient Care Center by providing clerical, communication, reception, and supply management services to ensure high-quality care for patients and support for staff. Key duties involve accurately maintaining patient medical records, handling reception tasks like screening calls, and managing unit supplies and general secretarial functions.
A High School Diploma is required, with an Associate's Degree preferred, alongside a minimum of two years of work experience in a health-related area. Candidates must possess exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills, along with knowledge of medical terminology and various health insurances.
As a member of the Patient Care Centered Team, provides clerical, communication, reception, supply management and other supportive services for the Patient Care Center to ensure high quality services to patients, family members and other hospital staff. The Information Associate will be available to meet the needs of all Patient Care Centers as needed.
High School Diploma required. AAS preferred.
