The worker will provide patient-centered care under the supervision of the nurse manager, focusing on delivering empathetic interactions and maintaining a safe, therapeutic treatment space. Key duties include responding to patient concerns, contributing to evidence-based interventions, and accurately documenting all patient care activities.
The minimum requirement is a high school diploma or GED along with familiarity with child and adolescent assessment. Preferred qualifications include possessing an advanced degree in a human services field and having prior experience working with children and adolescents in an inpatient setting.
