Qualifications
- 1.
- Licensed, or eligible for licensure, in the State of Nebraska as a Mental Health Practitioner (PLMHP, LMHP, or LIMHP preferred).
- 2.
- Strong interpersonal skills including empathy, warmth, and the ability to build rapport quickly with clients.
- 3.
- Ability to form effective therapeutic relationships and maintain appropriate professional boundaries.
- 4.
- Skilled in utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, or similar modalities.

- Ability to assess client needs, develop treatment plans, and adjust interventions based on progress.
- 6.
- Comfort working with a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and co-occurring conditions.
- 7.
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently while seeking supervision when appropriate.
- 8.
- Knowledge of and compliance with HIPAA, confidentiality standards, and professional ethics.
- 9.
- Strong documentation and clinical record-keeping skills.

- Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external providers to support coordinated care.

- Flexibility with scheduling, including occasional evening hours based on client needs.
Duties: and Responsibilities:
- 1.
- Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy to clients within the outpatient program.
- 2.
- Complete comprehensive assessments, including diagnostic impressions and clinical recommendations.
- 3.
- Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
- 4.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with agency standards.
- 5.
- Coordinate care with other providers, both internally and externally, to support client progress.
- 6.
- Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment as needed.
- 7.
- Educate clients on mental health topics, coping skills, and strategies for long-term wellness.
- 8.
- Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and ongoing training opportunities.
- 9.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as necessary.
- 10.
- Support discharge planning and aftercare coordination to ensure continuity of care.
