The Physical Therapist Assistant will manage a balanced caseload, treating an average of 12-14 patients daily with dedicated one-on-one time, while utilizing autonomy in treatment approaches in collaboration with a supervising physical therapist. Responsibilities also include collaborating with experienced therapists and local medical professionals to deliver cutting-edge rehabilitation.
Candidates must possess a current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License or the ability to obtain one without any sanctions. A strong passion for outpatient orthopedic therapy and a drive for continuous learning and skill elevation are also required.
