The Certified Nursing Assistant will provide care to seniors and individuals with illnesses or injuries in their homes, assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and monitoring vital signs. They will also work collaboratively with the home health team to ensure the patient's established care plan is followed and report any necessary changes to the supervisor.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent along with an active Nursing Assistant Certification and CPR certification in Florida. Essential requirements include the ability to communicate effectively in English, possessing a valid Florida driver's license, auto insurance, transportation, and demonstrating a compassionate nature with the physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
