The Veterinary Assistant will be a vital part of the medical team, supporting veterinarians and technicians by performing clinical tasks such as safely restraining pets, collecting lab samples, and assisting with diagnostics and surgery. Key duties also involve monitoring patients, preparing for procedures, and clearly communicating treatment plans and updates to clients with compassion.
Candidates must possess a minimum of two years of experience as a Veterinary Assistant, demonstrating confidence in restraint, laboratory work, and assisting with medical procedures. Required qualifications also include weekend availability and excellent communication and customer service skills.
