The role involves conducting comprehensive newborn hearing screenings using specialized equipment, accurately documenting results, and communicating findings to parents and healthcare teams. Responsibilities also include educating families on follow-up care and assisting with data entry and billing tasks.
Candidates must be dedicated and compassionate, with a requirement for general healthcare or childcare experience, though newborn or pediatric experience is preferred. A somewhat flexible schedule is mandatory, including the ability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays, as this is a daytime per diem/part-time position.
This is a daytime per diem/part time position, some weekends are required, and a shared responsibility of the team. Evening shifts are not available.
