The Patient Care Technician will deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care to patients with end-stage renal disease, monitoring them before, during, and after treatment. Key duties include setting up and maintaining dialysis equipment, recording patient data, and educating patients on treatment and kidney health.
Candidates must possess an accredited High School diploma or GED equivalent and be comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment. Physical ability to work long shifts on their feet and schedule flexibility including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.

As a PCT, you’ll provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.

Accredited High School diploma, general education development (“GED”) credential, or equivalent Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment Physically able to work long shifts on your feet Willing to float between local clinics if needed Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience
