The Advanced Practice Provider will assess, evaluate, and manage patients with minor, acute, chronic, and episodic illnesses and injuries, collaborating with physicians on patient care plans. Responsibilities also include advising patients on health plans, providing case management, ordering tests, prescribing treatments, and maintaining accurate electronic medical records.
Candidates must be a graduate of a master's level nurse practitioner program or an accredited physician assistant program, requiring 1-3 years of clinical work experience. Required licensure includes either Wisconsin NP certification (ANCC or AANPCB) or Wisconsin PA licensure with NCCPA certification, along with current CPR/BLS certification.
Advanced Practice Provider - Ear, Nose, & Throat
This position will work 32 hours per week and will be eligible for full time benefits.
No call requirements. There may be some limited hospital rounding—up to about 2 hours per week during regular work hours—but the role is primarily clinic-based.
