Key Responsibilities: ● Evaluate patients' conditions and develop personalized treatment plans
● Provide hands-on therapy and exercise instruction to improve mobility, strength, and function
● Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
● Educate patients and their families on preventive care, home exercises, and injury prevention
● Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care
● Stay current with the latest evidence-based practices and treatment techniques
● Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive clinic culture
● Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program or eligibility to obtain, preferred
● State physical therapy license in good standing or eligibility to obtain, preferred
● Successful completion of the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE) or eligibility to take exam, preferred
● Experience in outpatient orthopedic setting, preferred
● Strong manual therapy skills and exercise prescription knowledge
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Ability to connect with patients from diverse backgrounds
● Team-oriented approach to patient care

With over 17 years of experience and seven clinic locations, Spero Rehab specializes in neurological rehabilitation, orthopedic care, sports injury rehabilitation, pelvic floor therapy, and aquatic therapy.
