The position requires providing individualized behavioral interventions in home and community settings while collaborating with families and treatment teams to support youth success and address behaviors that may prevent hospitalization. Responsibilities also include attending mandatory Friday team meetings and writing agency-required documentation.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, strong communication skills, and the ability to counsel children and families, along with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. One year of experience working with children with severe emotional or behavioral challenges is preferred.

New Haven Youth & Family Services is seeking dedicated Behavioral Health Coach to join our Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS) program serving at-risk youth and families in the Temecula, Hemet, and Lake Elsinore areas. Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel between clients.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals pursuing clinical experience in the field of behavioral health, including MFT and MSW interns, as well as professionals with a background in counseling, psychology, or related human services fields. This role offers hands-on experience working directly with youth and families in home and community-based settings while making a meaningful impact.
