The Physical Therapist Assistant administers physical therapy treatments under the direction of Physical Therapists, ensuring all scheduled treatments are delivered and documented. Responsibilities include performing various therapeutic exercises, massage, mobilization, and instructing participants in functional activities and the use of assistive devices.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent and have one year of experience in a human services or related field, along with a current PTA license in the state of work. Essential qualities include being self-motivated, detail-oriented, reliable, responsible, and committed to the company's mission.
