The Direct Support Professional will assist adults with special needs in daily living activities, including routines, and will plan and support meaningful recreational, educational, and therapeutic activities to foster growth and engagement. Responsibilities also include ensuring resident health and safety, monitoring behavior, maintaining documentation, and collaborating on individualized care plans.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED and hold a Valid Driver's License, with a willingness to obtain a Class B Driver's License and Med Pour Certification. While related experience is preferred, it is not required for this role.

As a Residential Direct Support Professional at TERI, you will play a vital role in helping adults with special needs thrive in a safe, supportive, and engaging home environment. In this role, you will assist residents with daily living activities, provide structured and recreational programming, support healthy meals and personal routines, and foster independence and growth. TERI provides full training for Med Pour Certification and Class B Driver’s License preparation, making it accessible for those ready to begin a rewarding career in residential care.
