Therapists are responsible for evaluating patients, creating individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure patients meet their therapeutic goals. This role requires adherence to ethical conduct and all relevant state and federal regulations.
include graduation from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program and holding an active SLP license in the state of practice, along with required CCCs or being a CFY candidate. The role welcomes both new graduates and experienced therapists who possess strong organizational skills and a commitment to team collaboration.

Accredited Education: Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program with an active SLP license in the state of practice.
CCCs required, or be a CFY candidate.
Adhere to Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct and all relevant state and federal regulations.
Strong Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to efficiently manage tasks and address challenges with effective solutions. Flexibility and Team Collaboration: Adaptable to changing situations and committed to working seamlessly within a team environment. Exceptional Communication: Outstanding oral and written communication skills for clear and effective interaction with patients and colleagues. Experience with Geriatric Population: Prior experience working with elderly patients, demonstrating an understanding of their unique needs. Knowledge of Medicare Billing Regulations: Familiarity with current Medicare billing practices and guidelines.
