Intake technicians create patient profiles and process orders from electronic and fax queues, while Prescription Setup technicians generate and type prescriptions for pharmacist verification and follow up on transfers.
Candidates must be a licensed/registered pharmacy technician with at least one year of pharmacy experience, possessing knowledge of medical terminology, brand/generic drug names, and basic math skills. Excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently are also required.

Starting salary from $23.00 an hour and up
• Required: High School Diploma or GED, licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law, Previous Experience in Pharmacy
• Required: Independent worker, good interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communications skills, ability to work independently, work efficiently to meet deadlines and be flexible, detail-oriented, great time-management skills
