The Neonatal Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive health care services to NICU patients and families, engaging in independent decision-making and managing complex acute health problems. Responsibilities include diagnosing, prescribing medications, coordinating care, and performing procedures within their scope.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited nursing school and a formal Neonatal Nurse Practitioner training program, with a current Minnesota RN license. They should also be eligible for certification through ANCC/AANP and have DEA certification.
