Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Fayetteville teams. The ideal candidate is compassionate, collaborative, and committed to delivering high-quality, family-centered pediatric care in an environment that values teamwork, innovation, & work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care to infants, children, and adolescents
- Build long-term relationships with families and the care team
- Participate in clinical growth initiatives and community outreach
- Collaborate with medical and operational leadership to enhance patient experience & outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records in accordance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Current RN and APRN license in the state of North Carolina (or eligibility to obtain)
- National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or FNP-BC) from an accredited body (AANP or ANCC)
- Current BLS and/or PALS certification
- Current DEA license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
