The Family Medicine Physician will deliver comprehensive primary care services across all ages in both outpatient and inpatient environments, focusing on preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care. This role involves diagnosing conditions, managing treatment plans, ordering tests, coordinating referrals, and maintaining accurate EHR documentation.
Candidates must possess an MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school and be Board-certified in Family Medicine, holding an active, unrestricted Arizona medical license. Eligibility for hospital privileges is required, and prior experience in outpatient family medicine is preferred.

Provide full-spectrum family medicine care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions Conduct preventive care visits and routine wellness exams Provide inpatient care as part of an integrated care model Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests and imaging Develop and manage treatment plans and medication regimens Coordinate referrals and collaborate with specialists as needed Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives Support continuity of care and positive patient experiences
