Core duties involve ensuring accurate medication management, including selection, dosing, administration, and dispensing, alongside conducting thorough medication order reviews to resolve drug-related issues. The role also includes supervising technical support personnel and potentially serving as a preceptor for pharmacy students.
Candidates must possess a Pharmacist credential from the Wisconsin Pharmacy Examining Board obtained before the hire or transfer date. A minimum requirement is holding a Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy.

Pharmacist credentialed from the Wisconsin Pharmacy Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
