The role involves assisting nurses with patient treatments and daily personal activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating. Responsibilities also include preparing and transporting patients, communicating concerns to nurses, and building relationships with patients and families to support their recovery.
Candidates should ideally possess a high school diploma or equivalent, although it is preferred, and must hold a current CPR certification. The position requires utilizing specialized skills to provide compassionate, personalized care during patients' rehabilitation journeys.
