The Wound Care Nurse will oversee and develop wound care services in compliance with regulatory standards and physician orders, while collaborating with clinical teams to provide guidance on treatment methods. This role also involves leading educational efforts for hospital staff, patients, and families regarding wounds and wound care techniques.
Candidates must possess an active LPN license in the state and hold a Certification in Wound Care and Management, along with current CPR certification. A minimum of two years of experience specifically in wound care is required, alongside a commitment to continuous professional development in the field.
