The role involves assisting nurses with patient treatments, including support with daily personal activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating. Responsibilities also include preparing and transporting patients, communicating concerns to nurses, and building relationships with patients and families to aid recovery.
Candidates should ideally possess a high school diploma or equivalent, although this is preferred rather than strictly required. A mandatory requirement for this position is current CPR certification.
