The Rehabilitation Therapy Technician will support therapists' daily patient care and therapy activities, including setting up equipment and preparing/transporting patients according to schedule. This role requires facilitating communication with patients, families, and caregivers while collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety and deliver patient-centered treatment.
A preferred qualification includes a High School Diploma or equivalent, along with completion of elements required for the Rehab Tech I clinical ladder or equivalent training. CPR certification is preferred unless hospital policy mandates otherwise.
License/Certification: CPR certification preferred (unless hospital policy requires otherwise).
