The Medical Assistant supports clinical operations and patient care within the Patient-Centered Medical Home model by performing both clinical duties, such as taking vital signs and administering injections, and administrative tasks. This role ensures compliance with established policies and contributes to the smooth delivery of high-quality, patient-centered healthcare.
A minimum of one year of experience in a clinical setting and a high school diploma or equivalent are required for this position. Candidates must be proficient in both English and Spanish and possess knowledge of medical terminology and strong customer service skills.
Hourly Rate: $20 – $23 /hr

What We’re Looking For Minimum 1 year of experience working in a clinical setting is required. High school diploma or equivalent is required. Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency is required. Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program is preferred. Current Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) is preferred. CPR certification preferred. Phlebotomy certification preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology. Excellent customer service skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based care model. Proficient in using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
