The Residential Support Specialist provides personalized support to residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities, assisting them with daily living activities and implementing care plans. They also facilitate community engagement and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to enhance residents' quality of life.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or equivalent, a valid driver license, and access to transportation. They also need to pass various clearances and training within the first 90 days of employment.
