Employees provide companion services focusing solely on the health and safety of participants in private homes, assisting with tasks like cooking, cleaning, and chores. In Home and Community Supports employees help participants gain and maintain skills for community living, such as socialization and attending local events.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old, capable of lifting or transferring up to 100 lbs, and possess a valid driver's license with auto insurance. They must also be able to obtain necessary background clearances (ACT 33/34 and FBI).
